Ismat Wedding Services provides online advertising space and related services for a nominal fee. This allows users to advertise personal information for themselves or consenting third parties for the purpose of seeking a suitable matrimonial partner (“Matrimonial Advertisement”)

To access and use the Site, you and any third party on whose behalf you may act must:

  1. Be at least 18 years old.
  2. Not be a minor under applicable laws.
  3. Be legally competent to marry under relevant regulations.

4. Advertising Content

  1. User Responsibility: You are responsible for uploading accurate, lawful, and complete content for Matrimonial Advertisements, including text and images.
  2. Edits and Deletions: We reserve the right to edit or delete any Content to maintain the Site’s ethical and professional standards, without prior notice.
  3. Image Protection: All uploaded images will bear a watermark to prevent unauthorized use.

5. Conditions Governing Use of the Site

  1. Use the Site solely for purposes related to matrimonial matchmaking.
  2. Ensure all Content complies with applicable laws and respects privacy, intellectual property, and third-party rights.
  3. Update and correct inaccuracies in uploaded Content promptly.

Membership Approval:

  • Membership approval requires profile verification. A form will be provided for completion. Upon verification, profiles will be activated.

6. Representations & Warranties

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

  1. You meet the eligibility criteria.
  2. Any third-party Content has been shared with their explicit consent.
  3. All provided information is accurate, complete, and lawful.
  4. You have the authority to grant Ismat Wedding Services permission to collect, process, and display the information.

9. Withdrawal & Cancellation of Advertisements

  1. Advertisers can unpublish their ads at any time. Complete removal of content requires an email request.

12. Indemnity

    Consequences of termination include immediate removal of your profile and restricted access to the Site.

15. Profile Communication Guidelines

  1. Communication Channels: Members can connect via internal messaging, direct calling, or WhatsApp.
  2. Age & Status Restrictions: Communication features may be restricted based on civil status and age compatibility.
  3. Browsing Limitations: Members seeking grooms can only browse groom profiles, and vice versa.

16. Third-Party Prohibitions

We do not permit registrations from other matrimonial or marriage service providers. Such profiles will be removed without notice, and fees will not be refunded. Legal action may be pursued.

17. Membership Verification

To activate membership, users must submit:

  1. Full names of the bride/groom and parents.
  2. National identification card (NIC) images for verification.
    Providing false information will result in profile termination without refunds.
